Terms of use.
Nama is a journal you keep on your own device. By using it you agree to what follows, which is short on purpose.
The app
Nama records what you tell it. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical, dietary or fitness advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such. Talk to a professional about your health.
Your journal
What you write is yours. It is stored on your device, and keeping a copy is up to you. We recommend using the backup feature regularly. We cannot recover a journal that is lost with a device because we never had a copy.
Subscriptions
After any free trial, Nama requires either an active subscription or the lifetime purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are sold through the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android, at the price and billing period shown in the app. They renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. You keep access until that paid period ends.
The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Purchases can be restored on another device signed in to the same store account; your private journal remains on the original device unless you export and import a backup yourself. Prices may change, and Apple or Google will tell you before a change affects an existing subscription where required.
Fair use
Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer or resell the app. That is the whole list.
No warranty
Nama is provided as it is. It is built carefully and used daily by its author, but it is not guaranteed to be free of faults, and liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the previous twelve months.
