What it does · Meals
A food diary that is mostly photographs.
Counting calories is one way to pay attention to eating. Looking back at a fortnight of actual plates is another, and it takes two seconds a meal.
A picture is the entry
Open the camera, take the photograph, done. Add a line about it if you want to; most of the time the picture is the whole record.
There is no food database, no barcode scanner and no macro breakdown. Nothing to look up and nothing to get wrong.
As often as you like
Log every meal, or only the ones worth remembering. Meals sit on the day beside everything else, and scroll sideways so a day with six of them is still one card.
Everything you have ever logged is gathered by month, so a year of eating reads as a year rather than an endless list.
