Nama

What it does · Wellness

Mood, sleep, or anything you decide matters.

The things worth watching are not the same for everybody, so Nama ships no opinion about what yours should be. You make the trackers; it keeps the readings.

Eight shapes, so the answer fits the question

A tracker is whichever of these suits the thing you are asking:

  • Number — kilos, kilometres, reps, percent. You type the unit.
  • Amount — tap or drag it up and down, by a step you choose. Hours, glasses, cups.
  • Time — a hold or a split, entered as 1:24.
  • Rate 1–5 and Rate 1–10 — graded buttons.
  • Faces — five drawn faces, worst to best. Mood, energy, gratitude.
  • Yes / no — did it happen or not.
  • Your own options — routes, strokes, grades. You type the labels.

You cannot build nonsense

Those shapes are mutually exclusive by construction, so there is no way to end up with ten numbered buttons drawn as five faces. Pick the question and the right control follows.

Named, coloured and ordered by you

A tracker takes a name, an icon and a colour. Mood, sleep, water, caffeine, screen time, pain, medication, practice minutes, pages read — Nama does not care which, and does not suggest.

Readings can carry a note, so a number that needs explaining gets to explain itself.

Bodyweight and measurements

Bodyweight has its own place, in kilograms or pounds, with body measurements underneath it. Like everything else it can be switched off entirely if you would rather not see it.
