What it does · Exercise
An exercise log that uses your words.
Most fitness apps hand you a list of activities and ask you to find yours in it. Nama does the opposite: you say what you do, and it remembers.
Any activity, named by you
There are 30 icons, and if none of them fits there is one for that too:
- Run, walk, hike, cycle, stairs
- Swim, row, sail, surf, ski, skate
- Gym, calisthenics, stretch, yoga
- Climb, martial arts, racket sports, team sports, golf, target sports
- Dance, riding, gardening, time with the kids — and anything you name yourself
Your colour, your icon
Every activity carries its own name, its own icon and its own colour, so a glance at the week tells you what kind of week it was without reading a word.
Measure what you actually measure
A run and a set of squats are not the same shape of thing, so they do not get the same form. You add the measurements that matter to each activity: kilometres, reps, kilos, a pace as 4:32, a route name, or simply how hard it felt.
Nothing is compulsory. An entry can be one line and a time, if that is all the day deserves.
The last thirty days, if you want them
There is a chart of the past month and a handful of figures — today, this week, days out of thirty, average per day. Tap HEADLINE to put the numbers away and CHART to fold the chart, and the page gets shorter.
There is no streak, no score and nothing to break. A missed week is a missed week, not a failure state.
